Co-led and contributed to the design, psychometric framework, cross-country delivery, and reporting of the first large-scale international assessment of social and emotional skills.
UNESCO consultancy focused on pilot study coordination, multi-language instruments, diagnostic toolkit development, analysis, reporting, and guidance materials. Concluded 30 June 2026.
UNESCO MGIEP Educational Program Evaluation Studies
2024
Led evaluation architecture and analysis across 20+ MGIEP educational program studies, including online courses, in-person workshops, and hybrid programs, with 150+ assessment scales and 1,000+ assessment questions implemented, and connected this work to the published UNESCO MGIEP Evaluation Research Framework.
