He has worked across leading international organizations, including OECD, UNESCO, Eurofound, CEDEFOP, and the Minderoo Foundation, with roles spanning policy analysis, project management, empirical research, evaluation, and technical reporting.
His academic background includes a PhD in Social Sciences from Tilburg University, an MA in International Social Policy Analysis from the Catholic University of Leuven, an MSc in Educational Psychology from the University of Belgrade, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Belgrade.
