Dr. Miloš Kankaraš is a psychologist, psychometrician, policy analyst, researcher, consultant, and founder. His work spans psychology, education, social policy, gender equality, wellbeing, and sustainability, grounded in deep expertise in research methods, psychometrics, quantitative analysis, and program evaluation.

He has worked across leading international organizations, including OECD, UNESCO, Eurofound, CEDEFOP, and the Minderoo Foundation, with roles spanning policy analysis, project management, empirical research, evaluation, and technical reporting.

His academic background includes a PhD in Social Sciences from Tilburg University, an MA in International Social Policy Analysis from the Catholic University of Leuven, an MSc in Educational Psychology from the University of Belgrade, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Belgrade.

His current work combines individual expert consulting, AdriaMont Consulting, Psychology.me, Center for Psychology, and AdriaMont Institute courses and educational materials.
